Title: Service Admin
Reports To: Service Manager
Location: Delafield, Wisconsin
Position Summary
A leading provider of calibration services is hiring a Service Administrator who will perform a variety of routine field service dispatch and customer service functions for the field service department.
You will be responsible for providing service request dispatching for the installation and repair of CNC machining equipment in the field, and support with inside sales parts orders & machine installation project coordination as workload requires.
Core Responsibilities
- Receipt and dispatch of service requests to field service technicians. Including preparation of pre & post-service documentation, parts availability/usage, as well as communications with customers before, during, and after service is completed.
- Ensuring all service & installation requests are completed promptly and are escalated properly when not completed per contractual timelines.
- Provided support for inside parts sales as time and workload required.
- Providing support for the Installation Project Manager as time and workload are required.
