Job Title: Sales Manager

Salary: $140k – $160k
The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities aligned with strategic objectives and developing strong, sustainable customer relationships to drive revenue growth. This high-impact position is designed for a motivated sales professional capable of building commercial relationships from the ground up and delivering substantial revenue streams for a rapidly scaling organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and drive revenue generation from initial outreach through long-term account growth.

Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on market opportunities through creative deal structuring and negotiation.

Establish and nurture impactful channel partnerships to expand market reach.

Negotiate deal structures focused on qualification and growth.

Promote high-performance material solutions tailored to client needs across diverse industries.
Required and Preferred Experience and Skills:
-
Proven ability to establish and grow new partnerships, including securing early-stage commitments for product demonstration, qualification, and approval.

Technical expertise related to the production, design, or application of metal powders in 3D printing and additive manufacturing, including MIM (metal injection molding), LPBF (laser powder bed fusion), DED (direct energy deposition), spray cladding, and related processes.

Familiarity with material applications and qualification processes within aerospace, defense, space, medical, and oil & gas sectors.

Existing account relationships within target sectors are preferred but not mandatory.

Experience working with materials and purchasing teams at leading organizations in additive technologies is highly desirable (e.g., SpaceX, Boeing, Northrop Grumman, Blue Origin, Stryker, etc.).

Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.com is a plus.
