The company is a world leader in the production of heat treatment equipment. 25,000 systems worldwide are located in companies in the automotive, tool, and mechanical engineering industries, manufacturers of medical instruments, and hardening service providers. Production facilities in Europe, America, and Asia make the group a global player. In addition to technology and customers, the focus is on employees. The goal is to strengthen the position to achieve growth targets. They are looking for a Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Technical and commercial support for customers
• Planning and design of heat treatment plants
• Holistic customer support from initial discussions to contract negotiations and contract conclusion
• Elaboration of technical specifications
• Quotation tracking and deadline monitoring
• Regular customer visits and technical advice
• Sales documentation and data maintenance in the CRM system
• Participation in trade fairs and professional events
• Design of gas carburizing furnaces

Requirements:

• Degree in mechanical engineering or comparable (experience in furnace construction is desirable but not necessary)
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Fluent in German and English
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office
• High IT affinity
• Willingness to travel
