As the Printhead Development Manager, you’ll spearhead the strategic direction and daily operations of the dynamic printhead development team. You’ll be at the forefront of revolutionary high-viscosity 3D printhead technology, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in additive manufacturing.
Your Mission:
- Lead a talented team of engineers across our German and UK locations, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Oversee the development of novel printhead solutions, ensuring project milestones are met and aligned with company objectives.
- Mentor and develop your team, providing technical guidance and career growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
- Drive the implementation of best-in-class engineering processes and standards.
- Manage resources, budgets, and schedules to maximize efficiency and productivity.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- Proven experience managing engineering teams and delivering successful projects.
- Deep expertise in inkjet printhead design, manufacturing, and use.
- Strong technical background in engineering principles, design concepts, and architecture.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate organizational structures and build relationships across locations.
- Proficiency in project management practices and tools.
