As the Printhead Development Manager, you’ll spearhead the strategic direction and daily operations of the dynamic printhead development team. You’ll be at the forefront of revolutionary high-viscosity 3D printhead technology, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in additive manufacturing.

Your Mission:

• Lead a talented team of engineers across our German and UK locations, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Oversee the development of novel printhead solutions, ensuring project milestones are met and aligned with company objectives.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Proven experience managing engineering teams and delivering successful projects.
• Deep expertise in inkjet printhead design, manufacturing, and use.
• Strong technical background in engineering principles, design concepts, and architecture.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate organizational structures and build relationships across locations.
• Proficiency in project management practices and tools.
