Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will work independently and possess working knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Fanuc or Siemens controls, PLC programming, and mechanical or electrical systems on CNC mills and lathes. The role involves troubleshooting and identifying parts needed for repair, with expertise in Fanuc control retrofits considered an advantage. Prior CNC machine operating experience is also a plus. The candidate is expected to contribute to developing innovative methods in line with the company’s standards.
Travel Requirements: The majority of work will be based in the Houston metro area. However, the candidate must be able to travel a minimum of 25% within the United States.
Physical Requirements: The candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, jump, and climb in and out of machines, following all safety measures and protocols.
Education Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification is preferred but not required if the candidate has relevant experience.
