Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Vienna

Salary: €100k – €130k + bonus

The Company:

A metal additive manufacturing business is seeking a Business Development Manager to be based in Vienna, and support sales in the United States. 

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers: Conduct research into relevant businesses to find new customers, markets and generate ideas for growth.
• Generate Leads: Conduct calls, visit trade shows, and follow up with all new leads.
• Relationship building: Develop and nurture relationships with customers.
• Strategize: Support the company’s senior leadership team with creating sales strategy.
• Reporting: Report back any findings regarding new markets or growth areas, as well as pipeline development and forecasts.
• Software: Utilizes the CRM system to track and record activities.
• Geography: Develop relationships in the United States whilst working in Vienna. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience in a commercial role working for an OEM
• English language proficiency (German desirable)
• Ability to travel for trade shows and customer meetings
